# Dashboard

Using the dashboard, you can quickly view the status of conversations: Total messages exchanged - received, and sent based on different channels and team members during a particular time.

In the context of a chatbot, "Total Conversations" refers to the complete number of interactions or sessions that the chatbot has had with users over a specified period. Each conversation typically represents a single instance of a user engaging with the chatbot, which can include multiple messages exchanged back and forth within that session.
