Total Conversations

In the context of a chatbot, "Total Conversations" refers to the complete number of interactions or sessions that the chatbot has had with users over a specified period. Each conversation typically represents a single instance of a user engaging with the chatbot, which can include multiple messages exchanged back and forth within that session.

Free Conversations

All are message interactions between the user and a bot's free conversation.

All messages initiated by marketing and business-initiated messages are counted in Paid Conversations.
