# Chat Settings

Assign Chat to First Replier -> If anyone reply to the particular chat which comes to business that chat will auto assign to that particular user.

Keep a Chat unread on click -> if anyone click on any chat don't mark as read.

Send Chat Notification To Managers -> admin also get the notfication that this chat received.

Send Agent Name in Text Messages -> Append agent name in the along with text.
