Creating Team Agents

Manage your team members and departments to create a fully functional support team. Livechat Managers can manage all the chats.

Creating New Agents

  • Click on the last action item in top left bar. Then over will appear as below image.

  • Click on "Administration" --> Users

  • Follow below screen to create a agent.

Please use proper role from ("admin", "livechat-manager", "livechat-agent").

You can give multiple role to a user.

New user Login - Turn ON livechat

When a agent login, they shall enable livechat on/off switch to start getting chats.
