# My Account

The **My Account Setting** enables you to configure General Information like Business Name, Address; Ticket Due Date, Chat, and Working Hours. With these settings configured appropriately, you and your team members will manage different options of easily without confusion.&#x20;

To access My Account settings, simply click the **Settings** in the Left Sidebar of your Dashboard. Or tap on the gear icon in the top menu.
